God has a way of doing things. One day, we will bring smiles to Ghanaians; John Boye

July 18, 2019by Kam Links0

After early exit of Ghana Black Stars from the AFCON209 competition, defender Jone Boye also expressed his sentiments on their defeat. The Black Star footballer explained that they are all very sad about the unfortunate incident. John Boye said it is time to move on and focus on bigger things.

“We are all disappointed but only God knows best. We just have to keep going because, this is not the end. Now, we have to put everything aside and concentrate on the club. But God has away of doing things and we know that one day we will make Ghanaians laugh”

Ghana exited the competition when they were knocked out by Tunisia in the knockout stage. The team would have to wait for another two years to redeem their name. Ghana’s trophy drought will now be stretched to 39years since the Black Star failed to perform in the 2019 AFCON.
